From the comfort of your home via Zoom. Strictly for couples who have previously taken a Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop.

Ideally, each couple commits to all sessions per segment (6 in total) but if you can only attend certain dates, you are welcome to do so and only pay for those dates.

Per Couple: Cost is $95 for each session and must be paid ahead of time.
Each session is two hours long. Format will include a combination of a refresher presentation , sometimes short videos, experiential practice exercises, and voluntary group discussion.
