The Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop is a warm, supportive and research-based weekend designed to help you and your partner understand each other more deeply and strengthen the emotional bond at the heart of your relationship.

This workshop is not only for couples who are struggling.
It is for committed couples at many different stages of relationship who want to feel closer, communicate more openly, and create a stronger and more resilient relationship.

During the weekend, you will learn how to:

• Recognize the patterns that pull you apart
• Understand the deeper emotions and needs beneath conflict
• Communicate with greater openness and emotional safety
• Repair moments of hurt and disconnection
• Strengthen trust, intimacy and connection

  Workshop Fee: $1,525 per couple
Includes the two-day workshop, Hold Me Tight® workbooks, lunch both days, snacks and beverages, and support from our team of EFT therapist facilitators.
SPACE IS LIMITED
​An Intimate, Small-Group Experience Typically about 12 couples. Throughout the weekend, you and your partner will have private time together for guided conversations and exercises.

A team of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapists will be on site to assist couples privately with individualized support if needed.

Any group discussions are completely voluntary.  

Based on the Groundbreaking Work of Dr. Sue Johnson, Hold Me Tight® was created by Dr. Sue Johnson, developer of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and author of the international bestseller Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love.
The program is grounded in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a well-researched approach to helping couples strengthen their emotional connection.

​Cancellations & Refunds
If you are traveling and are arranging hotels or flights, please take out travel insurance. 
Things can happen with attendees and with facilitators, so cover yourself.   
  • Refunds are only offered if you cancel within 30 days before the workshop.
  • If you cancel more than two weeks before the workshop, you have the option to transfer to another one of our workshops within 12 months, plus a $100 administrative transfer fee.
  • If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop, there are no refunds or transfers to a future workshop.

  • My facility has limited space, we have sunken costs within two weeks of the workshop, and we require adequate notice (more than two weeks) to let people on the waitlist know that there is availability. ​
  • If you decide to cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, we are not responsible for related expenses incurred such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other associated costs. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation or delay including, but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, illness, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through a qualified agent.
  • If for any reason, we, the facilitators need to cancel the workshop, there will be 100% refund on any payments directly made to Dr. Diana.
  • This retreat is planned well in advance and its success depends on the commitment of a relatively small number of participants. We appreciate your understanding.​​
  • There is no conflict of interest or commercial support for this program.
